The No. 21 Wisconsin Badgers extended their winning streak to four games on Saturday, defeating the Nebraska Cornhuskers 88-72 in a strong offensive performance, improving to 11-3 on the season.

It was a downpour of points from the jump for the Badgers, who scored 51 points in the first half, their highest total since 1999.

Offensively, the Badgers were very efficient, shooting 56 percent from the field and 50 percent from three on 26 attempts, hitting shots from both inside and outside the arc.

Defensively, Wisconsin gave up 72 points to Nebraska, who got scoring boosts from guard Keisei Tominaga and forward Rienk Mast, but it wasn’t nearly enough for the Cornhuskerss.
